White wine sangria
Sangria is one of the most traditional cocktails of summer. Good news, you can also make a sangria with white wine! For that, the recipe is fairly easy. We do recommend, however, getting started in advance. Indeed, you’ll be able to let the fruit macerate in your mixture. It’ll be all the better for it. So, to make a white sangria, you need: 3 bottles of white wine, sugar, oranges, lemons, peaches, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, lemonade and 15cl of Grand Marnier. In a large container, mix the white wine and the Grand Marnier. Cut the fruit into pieces and add all these elements to your mixture. Let it all rest for a few hours (if you really get started in advance: give it 24 hours of rest). You can then serve it all and enjoy this delicious white wine cocktail!
White wine and rum cocktail
White wine and rum can work wonders together. However, this cocktail also needs a long resting time: plan to potentially make it 24 hours in advance. Mix one litre of white wine and 20cl of rum. Add orange juice and oranges with a little sugar. Let it all rest in the fridge. You can serve this cocktail with ice cubes and a little slice of orange as decoration. It’s ready!
White wine and curaçao cocktail
For this cocktail, you need: white wine, crème de cassis and blue curaçao. Directly in the glass, pour 1cl of crème de cassis, 2cl of blue curaçao and 7cl of white wine. And there you have it, your cocktail is already ready! Nothing easier than this cocktail: ideal for the holidays.
The traditional spritz
The spritz is one of the most traditional cocktails of summer: especially in recent years. To make it, you need: Aperol, white wine, and sparkling water. Mix these three ingredients directly in the glass with ice cubes. You can serve this cocktail in a large wine glass with a lovely slice of orange as decoration.

In a large container, pour orange syrup, sugar, mandarin liqueur (around 10cl), white rum (20cl), 2 bottles of white wine, 4 oranges and 4 lemons. Once all of this is mixed, let your mixture rest in the fridge for 48 hours. You can go up to 72 hours of rest. At the last moment, add a bottle of lemonade and a bottle of sparkling wine. And there you have it, you can enjoy this delicious white wine cocktail!

A kir or a kir impérial

L’embuscade
Here’s a cocktail that lives up to its name (the ambush), believe me. To make it, you need: white wine (6cl), calvados (2cl), cassis syrup (1cl), lemon syrup and beer.
